This inspiring message comes from 92-year old Jack Houser, a regular guy with the simple goal of staying healthy & strong for as long as he can.

He spends just 15-20 minutes, 3 days per week doing strength training, and has outstanding results to show for it. This goes to show that you don't need to spend endless hours exercising at the gym to get fit. It all comes down to keeping active & staying consistent!
