Dynamic Stretching Routines

This page is your one-stop-shop for getting started with dynamic stretching!
The video below on the left explains how to perform a dynamic stretching at a level that fits you, while the video on the right is a basic ~8-minute follow along routine.
Below you will see some more various dynamic stretching videos, ranging from 5-10 min.
Get familiar with these important routines as they are meant to be performed frequently, especially before and after physical activity. These movements are also a great way to keep your body loose & limber throughout the day, such as when you wake up in the morning or after you have been seated for an extended amount of time. I am confident these routines will serve you well throughout your life!
The videos below are longer 10-15-minute full-body dynamic routines. The video on the top-left is for dynamically improving your flexibility, and the video on the top-right is a more challenging martial-arts inspired movement routine. Give them a try if you are looking for a fun way to get the body moving!

The 'Exercise Snack'

An 'exercise snack' is a short burst of movement you can enjoy at home, at the office, or anywhere really! It can last for seconds or for several minutes. Instead of carving out an hour to go the gym, you can fit in bits of these exercise snacks throughout your day. The best part is...research has shown that you can gain numerous mental & physical health benefits from very short bouts of exercise throughout the day.
