Knowledge Is Only Enough To Begin

Here is a though provoking quote:
'Knowledge is only enough to begin'
What do I mean by this? ⁣
Having knowledge of how to achieve a particular goal, such as, how to: make more money, become more fit, eat better, or lose weight is enough ONLY TO BEGIN.
What I'm really getting at is, if knowledge is ALL you have...You’re likely not going to get far. ⁣
Here's the TRUTH.
You require MANY other attributes in order to progress toward and sustain the specific goal you set out ⁣to achieve.
Let's relate this to losing weight & making a significant change with your body.⁣
In this example, KNOWLEDGE would be knowing how to lose body fat by consuming less calories. Perhaps you know more than that also, such as including resistance training & cardio to further expedite the process. ⁣

It is no secret...We ALL know that we should eat better and move more!
That’s great to be aware of, and it is definitely a good start. ⁣

However, to consistently progress toward your goal, sustain the changes, and NOT revert back to old habits and put the weight back on...that's an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT skillset altogether.
You need to consider these other essential attributes as well:⁣
- ACCOUNTABILITY⁣
- CONSISTENCY⁣
- LIFESTYLE⁣
- INTRINSIC MOTIVATION⁣
- MINDSET⁣
- HABITS ⁣
- BEHAVIOUR⁣
- WORK / LIFE BALANCE
Just to name a few!
Just having the knowledge is great, but trust me when I say: ⁣
The principles are SIMPLE...but doing it consistently definitely is not!⁣
